Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Yoga Instructor / Trainer with a unique background in LLB to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience looking to apply their understanding of discipline, structure, and potentially legal frameworks into promoting wellness and a healthy lifestyle within our organization. You will be responsible for guiding employees through yoga practices and fostering a balanced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct yoga sessions for employees of varying fitness levels, with a focus on stress reduction and physical well-being.
Develop and implement yoga programs tailored to the needs of corporate employees.
Educate participants on proper yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
Maintain attendance records and gather feedback to improve yoga sessions.
Leverage understanding from LLB to promote discipline, punctuality, and adherence to program guidelines.
Assist in organizing wellness events and initiatives within the company.
