Hiring: Gas Engineer | Vadodara | 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gas Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of specialty gases and related systems critical to our semiconductor manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of gas properties, handling protocols, and relevant safety regulations. A background with a B.A. degree in a relevant field is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of gas delivery systems, including regulators, purifiers, and distribution lines.
- Monitor gas consumption, inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment of cylinders and bulk supplies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of gas storage areas and delivery systems to ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to gas purity, flow rates, and system malfunctions.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for gas handling, storage, and disposal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, R&D, and facilities, to support production and development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of gas usage, maintenance activities, and safety incidents.
- Train junior technicians and operators on safe gas handling practices and system operations.
