We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Physician to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Arts degree and 2-4 years of experience in general medicine, with a strong understanding of occupational health and employee welfare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary medical care and consultations to employees, diagnosing and treating a wide range of common illnesses and injuries.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and medical screenings for employees.
- Advise on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness programs tailored to the workplace.
- Manage and maintain employee medical records with strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate with external specialists and hospitals for referrals and further treatment when necessary.
- Develop and implement basic first-aid protocols and emergency response plans for the facility.
- Educate employees on health-related issues relevant to the animation and VFX industry, such as eye strain, repetitive strain injuries, and stress management.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices in general practice and occupational health.
