Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Geo Technician with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting geological surveys, analyzing soil and rock samples, and providing technical expertise to support various projects within our beauty and personal care operations, particularly related to site selection, infrastructure development, and environmental impact assessments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the geological viability and safety of our operational sites and future expansions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct geological investigations, including site reconnaissance, drilling, and sampling programs.
- Analyze soil, rock, and groundwater samples in the laboratory to determine their physical and chemical properties.
- Interpret geological data, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations on foundation design, slope stability, and groundwater management.
- Utilize geological software and tools for data visualization, modeling, and analysis.
- Assess environmental impacts of proposed projects and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, environmental scientists, and other project stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with relevant geological and environmental regulations and standards.
