Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Hardware - Other professional to join our manufacturing operations in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree and 3-4 years of experience in hardware-related roles within a manufacturing or R&D environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of various hardware systems and components critical to our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware infrastructure, including specialized equipment used in the beauty and personal care manufacturing process.
- Perform regular hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement hardware upgrades and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, maintenance schedules, and repair logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all hardware-related activities.
- Support the testing and validation of new hardware components and systems.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of hardware maintenance procedures.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement of hardware components and spares.
