Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hazard / Fire / Injury Assistant. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree looking to gain practical experience in ensuring workplace safety and emergency preparedness within a dynamic retail environment. You will support the safety team in identifying potential risks, implementing safety protocols, and responding to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting regular safety inspections of retail stores and warehouses in Surat to identify potential fire, hazard, or injury risks.
- Support the development and implementation of safety procedures and emergency response plans.
- Help organize and conduct fire drills and safety training sessions for staff.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, and corrective actions taken.
- Respond to minor incidents under the guidance of senior safety officers.
- Familiarize yourself with relevant safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with store management and staff to promote a safety-conscious culture.
- Assist in the procurement and maintenance of safety equipment, including fire extinguishers and first-aid kits.
- Conduct preliminary investigations into workplace accidents or injuries.
