Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical individual to join our team as Head - Analytics / BI. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Sc degree and 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence, looking to make a significant impact in the textile industry. You will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency at our Surat facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Assist in forecasting and planning based on historical data and market trends.
- Create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of new analytics tools and methodologies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
