Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Head - Compensation & Benefits (C&B) with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of specialized experience, looking to make a significant impact in shaping our compensation and benefits strategies within the petrochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market trends and company objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmarking for salary, incentives, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Develop and administer executive compensation plans, including long-term and short-term incentive programs.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, assess impact, and provide recommendations for adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and senior leadership to communicate C&B strategies and policies.
- Manage the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes.
- Evaluate and select vendors for benefits administration and other C&B related services.
- Develop and maintain C&B policies, procedures, and documentation.
