Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, including office spaces, warehouses, and any operational sites.

Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.

Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Coordinate space planning, office moves, and renovations as needed.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Respond to facility-related emergencies and implement appropriate solutions.
