Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Head - Tech Support to join our growing team in Indore. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in the water treatment and waste management sector. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our technical support operations, ensuring efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for water and wastewater treatment systems and related equipment.
Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for knowledge base development.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Assist in the development and delivery of technical training to junior support staff.
Maintain and update technical documentation and support materials.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate technical assistance.
