Role Summary: We are seeking a talented Health Informatics professional with a Master of Design (M.Des) background to join our innovative team in Kochi. This role will focus on leveraging design thinking and informatics principles to enhance our understanding and application of health-related data within the beauty and personal care sector. You will play a crucial part in translating complex data into actionable insights that inform product development, consumer engagement, and overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret health-related data and consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities within the beauty and personal care industry.
- Design and develop user-centric dashboards and visualizations to present complex health informatics data in an accessible and understandable format for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and product development, to integrate health informatics insights into strategic decision-making.
- Conduct user research and co-design workshops to understand consumer needs related to health and wellness in beauty products.
- Develop innovative design solutions for health-related features or information within our product ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in health informatics, digital health, and user experience design, and evaluate their applicability to the beauty sector.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and ensure ethical handling of sensitive information.
