Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
* Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Provide general administrative support to the office staff.
* Maintain a visitor log and ensure security protocols are followed.
* Offer refreshments to guests and ensure their comfort.
* Assist with event support as needed.
