Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor to oversee and manage housekeeping operations at our Lucknow facility. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the office premises. This role does not require post-graduation and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the housekeeping staff to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines for all areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and pantry.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues.
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs.
- Respond to and resolve any immediate cleaning needs or emergencies.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage.
