Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
* Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
* Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs and compensation structures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the Indian context, particularly within the security services industry.
* Utilize analytical skills to interpret HR data and generate reports for management.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and organizational efficiency.
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers for HR-related services.
* Leverage M.Pharma knowledge to understand and address specific compliance or regulatory aspects relevant to roles within the security and enforcement domain, if applicable.
