Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT) content, job aids, and assessments, for hardware and networking topics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and translate technical information into clear, concise, and engaging learning content.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software to develop interactive and visually appealing learning content.
• Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analyses to identify learning requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and iterate on content based on feedback and performance data.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
