The successful candidate will support the efficient and effective management of insurance policies and claims, ensuring compliance and smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Policy Administration: Assist in the administration and maintenance of various insurance policies for the company, including property, liability, and employee benefits insurance.
2. Claims Processing Support: Provide support in the initial processing and documentation of insurance claims, liaising with internal departments and external insurance providers.
3. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance-related documents, premiums, and claims data in the company's systems.
4. Vendor Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination with insurance brokers, agents, and other third-party vendors.
5. Reporting: Assist in generating routine reports on insurance coverage, claims status, and operational metrics.
6. Compliance Monitoring: Support the team in ensuring adherence to insurance policy terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.
7. General Administrative Support: Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the insurance department.
