Hiring: Investment Banking Associate | Chennai | 2-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, valuation techniques, and corporate finance principles, with a B.Com degree as a foundational educational background. You will play a crucial role in supporting our investment banking operations, contributing to deal execution, client advisory, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and pitch books for mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions.
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients.
- Support the deal execution process, including due diligence, data room management, and coordination with legal and other advisors.
- Prepare financial statements, management presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with senior bankers on client meetings, presentations, and relationship management.
- Monitor market trends and economic developments relevant to our clients' industries.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all deliverables, adhering to firm standards and deadlines.
