Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join our growing team in Mangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of investment banking. You will support senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and preparing client-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the origination and execution of M&A, capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions.
* Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential deals.
* Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
* Research industry trends, market data, and competitor analysis.
* Support senior team members in client meetings and negotiations.
* Maintain and update deal databases and internal knowledge management systems.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
