Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our Investment Banking, Private Equity & VC team in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within the agriculture, forestry, and fishing sectors. You will contribute to strategic financial planning, deal structuring, and post-investment value creation, supporting our mission to foster sustainable growth in the agri-business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis), and due diligence for potential investments and strategic partnerships.
- Support the deal sourcing process by identifying attractive investment targets in the agriculture, forestry, and fishing industries across India.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, pitch books, and other presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement value creation strategies for existing investments.
- Research market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments impacting the target industries.
- Support senior team members in negotiations and transaction execution.
