Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits on investment banking processes and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Identify and report on quality deviations, non-compliance issues, and potential risks.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified quality gaps.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of audit findings, corrective actions, and quality metrics.
- Assist in the development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare reports on quality performance for management review.
