Hiring: IT Vendor Management | Coimbatore | 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated IT Vendor Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for managing our IT vendors, ensuring optimal service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of IT vendor engagements, from selection and onboarding to performance monitoring and contract management. This position requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee relationships with all IT service providers and vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular vendor reviews to assess performance, identify risks, and ensure compliance.
- Negotiate and manage IT contracts, including renewals, amendments, and dispute resolution.
- Facilitate the procurement process for new IT hardware, software, and services.
- Ensure vendor adherence to company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a liaison between internal IT teams and external vendors.
- Track IT spending and identify opportunities for cost optimization within vendor agreements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT vendor management policies and procedures.
