We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Japanese Teacher to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging Japanese language and cultural training programs to our employees, fostering effective communication and understanding within our global workforce. This role requires a unique blend of pedagogical skills and business acumen, leveraging an MBA/PGDM to understand corporate training needs and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Japanese language curriculum tailored to the needs of pharmaceutical professionals, focusing on business communication and industry-specific terminology.
- Conduct interactive lessons, workshops, and one-on-one sessions to improve employees' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Japanese.
- Incorporate cultural nuances and etiquette relevant to business interactions in Japan.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with HR and business units to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
- Leverage MBA/PGDM knowledge to understand learning objectives from a business perspective and measure the ROI of training programs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in language teaching methodologies and corporate training.
