This entry-level position is ideal for a recent BBA/BBM graduate looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment within the recruitment and staffing industry. The Lab Technician will support various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, organization, and preliminary analysis of candidate data.
- Support in maintaining and updating employee records and databases accurately.
- Conduct basic research on industry trends and market data under supervision.
- Help in preparing reports and presentations related to recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data verification and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
