Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Leadership Trainer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering impactful leadership training programs for our employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background combined with practical experience in leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive leadership training curricula aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for various leadership levels, utilizing diverse methodologies.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Coach and mentor emerging leaders, providing guidance on skill development and career progression.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and research in leadership development, organizational psychology, and adult learning principles.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to identify training gaps and customize programs accordingly.
- Contribute to the creation of leadership development frameworks and succession planning initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops on topics such as strategic thinking, change management, team building, and executive presence.
