- Manage and oversee legal technology solutions, including contract management systems, e-discovery platforms, and legal research tools.
- Analyze legal data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to streamline workflows and ensure compliance.
- Manage the legal department budget, including vendor selection and management.
- Develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and knowledge management systems.
- Conduct research and provide insights on emerging legal operations best practices and technologies.
- Support the legal team in managing high-volume litigation and transactional matters through efficient operational support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the legal function.
