The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree and 2-4 years of experience in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in aquatic environments. This role requires a proactive approach to water safety and a commitment to maintaining a secure and enjoyable atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor pool and surrounding areas to prevent accidents and ensure adherence to safety rules.

Enforce all facility rules and regulations, including those related to conduct and safety.

Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, administering first aid and CPR as needed.

Perform routine checks of pool equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and safety.

Educate patrons on water safety and emergency procedures.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, rescues, and routine checks.
