Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Line Producer to join our team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for managing and coordinating various aspects of our hotel operations and event productions, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. This position is suitable for an Any Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily operational activities at the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Oversee the planning and execution of hotel events, conferences, and F&B promotions, from conception to completion.
- Liaise with various departments, including F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance, to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
- Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments for events and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on production progress, budget adherence, and operational outcomes.
- Assist in training and supervising junior staff members as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise, maintaining high service standards.
