Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Machine Shop Incharge / Supervisor to oversee the operations of our machine shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining machinery, and managing a small team. This role requires hands-on experience and a strong understanding of mechanical operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot any mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed by all team members, maintaining a secure and organized workshop.
- Train and guide junior technicians and operators on machine operation and maintenance procedures.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, reordering as necessary.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate component manufacturing.
- Collaborate with other departments to address production challenges and implement improvements.
- Maintain production records and reports as required.
