We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Engineer with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our technical infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, to support our growing EdTech operations. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of IT hardware, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, providing timely technical support to end-users.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and operating systems.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and system configurations.
Implement and adhere to IT security best practices to protect company data and systems.
Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and system enhancements.
