Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Marathi Teacher with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic content development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective Marathi language learning content for our K-12 segment. This role requires a strong understanding of Marathi pedagogy, curriculum development, and the ability to leverage technology in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design Marathi language curriculum and lesson plans for K-12 students.
- Create high-quality educational content, including text, audio, and visual materials, in Marathi.
- Ensure the content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with educational standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia teams to produce learning modules.
- Conduct thorough research on pedagogical approaches and incorporate them into content development.
- Review and edit Marathi content for clarity, grammar, and pedagogical effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in ed-tech and language learning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Marathi language learning products.
