You will assist senior pilots in navigation, vessel traffic management, and ensuring safe passage within designated maritime areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior pilots in planning and executing vessel movements.
- Monitor and interpret navigational data, charts, and aids to navigation.
- Support in managing vessel traffic and communication with port authorities and other vessels.
- Conduct pre-pilotage checks and ensure all necessary equipment is operational.
- Learn and adhere to all safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance piloting skills.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of pilotage operations.
- Provide support in emergency response situations as directed.
