Role Summary:
Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems for our electric vehicle product line. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles and a passion for innovation in the urban transport sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and analyze mechanical components and systems for electric vehicles, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Conduct simulations and stress analysis using relevant software to validate designs and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing specialists, to ensure integrated system development.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and manufacturing instructions.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation activities, troubleshooting and resolving design-related problems.
- Research and evaluate new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes to improve product performance and reduce costs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
