Hiring: MEP Supervisor | Noida | 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a diligent and experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of our corporate facilities in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and installation of all MEP systems, contributing to a safe and productive work environment. This role is crucial for maintaining the infrastructure that supports our content development and language services operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day MEP operations, including preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for installation, repair, and maintenance work.

Prepare and manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory of spare parts.

Troubleshoot MEP system issues and implement effective solutions.

Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems and facilities to identify potential problems.

Assist in the planning and execution of MEP-related projects and upgrades.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, equipment performance, and energy consumption.
