We are seeking a dedicated Neonatologist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Indore. While the primary role involves advanced medical care for newborns, we are looking for candidates with a foundational understanding of data analysis and information systems, potentially gained through a BCA, to assist in developing and managing health data for our employee wellness programs and initiatives within the food processing sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns requiring intensive care, including premature infants and those with complex medical conditions.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary medical procedures.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize knowledge from BCA background to assist in the collection, organization, and basic analysis of newborn health data for trend identification and reporting.
