Hiring: Network (Support) Engineer | Thiruvananthapuram | 2-3 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated Network (Support) Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing IT team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a strong understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our network systems, providing critical support to our users and maintaining network security.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level network support to end-users and internal systems.

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, latency, and other network-related problems.

Assist in the implementation of network security measures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Collaborate with senior network engineers on network upgrades and new deployments.

Respond to network alerts and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
