We are seeking a dedicated Nursing professional to join our team in Indore. This role is crucial for ensuring the health and well-being of our employees within our dynamic electronics manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree and 1-2 years of experience, bringing a fresh perspective and foundational knowledge to our occupational health services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary healthcare and first aid to employees in case of illness or injury.
Assist in conducting regular health check-ups and medical screenings for employees.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records.
Educate employees on health and safety protocols, disease prevention, and wellness programs.
Liaise with external healthcare providers and manage employee referrals when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations within the workplace.
