Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Nursing professional to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial for maintaining the health and well-being of our employees within our food processing facilities, ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of general nursing principles and be eager to apply them in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate first-aid and medical assistance to employees in case of injury or sudden illness.
Conduct basic health assessments and monitor employees' health status.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
Assist in organizing and conducting health awareness programs and campaigns for employees.
Liaise with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care when necessary.
Ensure the availability and proper stocking of medical supplies and equipment.
Uphold company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and hygiene.
