Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a B.Pharma degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This role focuses on supporting various operational and maintenance activities within our agrochemical manufacturing and distribution processes. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of manufacturing and packaging units, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Support maintenance activities for plant and machinery, coordinating with technical teams for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor operational parameters and identify potential issues, escalating them to the relevant supervisors.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, inventory, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide support for logistical operations, including warehousing and dispatch of finished goods.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving within the operations department.
