Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager - Upstream with a B.Pharma background to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for managing the initial stages of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and compliant handling of pharmaceutical and healthcare-related shipments. You will be responsible for overseeing inbound logistics, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards within the upstream supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize inbound logistics processes for pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy, proper storage conditions, and compliance with pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for handling, packaging, and dispatch of sensitive goods.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including those specific to pharmaceutical logistics.
- Coordinate with upstream suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.
- Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Train and manage a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all upstream operations.
