Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional with a strong design thinking background to join our Operations and Strategy team in Jaipur. This role will involve contributing to the strategic planning and operational efficiency of key payment initiatives, leveraging a B.Des perspective to identify innovative solutions and improve user experience for public-facing systems. You will work on projects that impact millions of users across India, focusing on strategy development, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for payment systems, ensuring alignment with national objectives.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and user satisfaction.
- Contribute to the design and redesign of user interfaces and user journeys for digital payment platforms, applying B.Des principles.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to define project requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop presentations and reports to communicate strategic insights and operational performance to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of new policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Engage in problem-solving for complex operational challenges, bringing a creative and user-centric approach.
