We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented professional to join our team as an Other Consulting - Other specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and providing expert consultation within our dynamic Animation & VFX division. Your advanced academic background will enable you to tackle complex industry challenges and contribute to innovative solutions. This position is ideal for individuals with a Doctorate/PhD and 2-3 years of relevant experience looking to make a significant impact in a leading media and entertainment conglomerate.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging trends, technologies, and market dynamics within the global and Indian Animation & VFX sectors.
Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management, focusing on areas such as operational efficiency, technological adoption, and business development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and business development departments, to implement strategic projects.
Evaluate the feasibility and impact of new technologies and methodologies for enhancing our VFX and animation pipelines.
Contribute to the development of intellectual property and thought leadership content for the company.
Analyze industry best practices and propose actionable insights for process improvement.
