Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Testing Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of our software applications. You will work closely with development and QA teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive performance test strategies and test plans.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Execute performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing.
- Monitor application performance during test execution and analyze results to identify performance issues and bottlenecks.
- Document test results, performance metrics, and defect reports clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.
- Provide recommendations for performance tuning and optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools, techniques, and best practices.
