Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized banking services.
- Facilitate and process financial transactions, ensuring adherence to all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing clients, with a particular focus on legal and compliance aspects.
- Advise clients on investment opportunities, loan products, and other financial instruments relevant to their portfolio, ensuring legal compliance.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to interpret and implement new regulations affecting banking operations.
- Prepare and present financial reports and client status updates to management.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and legal changes impacting the banking and furniture/furnishing sectors.
