You will be responsible for assisting senior legal professionals and ensuring efficient handling of client cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the investigation and assessment of personal injury claims.
- Gather and organize relevant documentation, including medical records and accident reports.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and medical professionals to obtain necessary information.
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports under supervision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
- Support senior associates in trial preparation, including evidence organization.
- Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and company policies.
- Conduct legal research on relevant statutes and case law.
