This role requires a proactive approach to engage with past students, industry partners, and academic departments to foster a mutually beneficial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with alumni, fostering a strong and active community.
- Organize alumni events, reunions, and networking sessions to facilitate connections.
- Manage the alumni database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Collaborate with industry partners to identify and secure internship and placement opportunities for current students.
- Liaise with academic departments to understand student aspirations and career goals.
- Track and report on placement statistics and alumni engagement metrics.
- Act as a point of contact for alumni queries and provide support for their career development.
- Assist in the development of mentorship programs connecting alumni with current students.
- Maintain strong relationships with HR departments of potential employers.
