We are seeking a motivated and organized PMO Executive to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in project management support within the luxury hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and escalate them to the project manager.
- Support in resource allocation and budget tracking for projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Prepare presentations and reports for project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
