- Assist senior pre-sales consultants in understanding customer requirements and business challenges.
- Prepare and deliver basic product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Support the sales team in creating compelling proposals and solution designs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand industry trends.
- Learn and articulate the technical features and benefits of our DTH and media solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries and provide initial technical support.
