We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Pricing Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing strategies to drive profitability and market share within the competitive packaging industry. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, cost structures, and financial analysis, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain competitive pricing models and structures for a range of packaging products.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing opportunities and threats.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.

Analyze cost data, including raw material, production, and overhead costs, to ensure profitable pricing.

Prepare regular pricing performance reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Support new product launches with strategic pricing recommendations.

Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments.
