Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and observant Private Detective with a background in B.Pharma to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of our retail operations by conducting investigations, gathering intelligence, and mitigating risks related to theft, fraud, and other security breaches. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, leveraging their pharmaceutical knowledge to understand product integrity and potential diversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct undercover surveillance and investigations within retail pharmacy environments to detect and prevent illicit activities such as pilferage, counterfeit products, and diversion.

Gather and analyze evidence, including physical, documentary, and digital information, related to suspected fraudulent activities or security breaches.

Prepare detailed and accurate reports on investigation findings for management review.

Utilize knowledge of pharmaceutical products and supply chains to identify potential areas of vulnerability and recommend preventative measures.

Collaborate with internal teams and external law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards throughout all investigations.

Assist in developing and implementing loss prevention strategies.
