Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities in the packaging and containers industry.
Conduct thorough financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential transactions.
Support portfolio company management by monitoring performance, identifying strategic initiatives, and assisting with operational improvements.
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other relevant documentation for internal approval processes.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the packaging sector.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external advisors, and management of portfolio companies.
